A scientific book about love and loving that brings laboratory evidence on the power and effects of love and a life of practicing love and includes daily practices and meditations to enhance our capacity for loving. Seeing love as a special bond is extraordinarily common, albeit misleading.
Is there any scientific basis for believing that love can stretch beyond the boundaries of our intimate relationships? This kind of love is bound to lead to suffering. If you’re sensing that this would be a very beneficial thing to do.
It plays a role in eye contact and helps you to synchronize facial expressions with another person, both of which aid in connection.
Anyone who has been engrossed in conversation with another person knows the feeling of intimacy it can create between two people.
